Refund Policy

If there is any reason you are not happy with your order, please reach out to us as soon as you can so we can correct any errors.

Please be advised that we can only exchange or fix items that are not the right fit or have arrived damaged clearly when packaged, and not during transit. Most of our pieces are handmade and one of a kind. Many of our clay pieces may not look exactly the same, or might have slight imperfections due to the material used. 

Exchanges must be made with in 10 days of receiving your order. To start the process. Exchanges and returns will be subject to shipping charges. Analy Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 

Repairs and lost items:
Repairs will only be honored 30 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Please attach photos of items that have to be repaired. If you lost an earring or charm connected to your piece please contact us for a 50% coupon to use on that specific item. If we no longer make that item we can not replace it. 

Cancel or order change:
You can only cancel or change your order with in 24 hrs of ordering.
